201 STAINLESS STEEL COIL ROLL201 stainless steel, with certain acid and alkali resistance, high
density, polishing, bubble free, pinhole free and other
characteristics, is a high-quality material for producing various
watch cases and strap bottom covers. It is mainly used to make
decorative tubes, industrial tubes and some shallow stretched
products.

The microstructure of duplex stainless steel coil is a mixture of
austenite and ferritic, so it has both austenitic stainless steel
and ferritic stainless steel characteristics. For example, although
not as resistant to stress corrosion as ferritic stainless steel,
it also has high chloride stress corrosion cracking resistance,
excellent pitting and crevice corrosion resistance, and its yield
strength is about twice that of conventional stainless steel. Type
329 and type 2205 are typical duplex alloys. In addition, the
corrosion resistance of duplex stainless steels in general is equal
to or better than that of 304 and 316, and in general, the pitting
resistance is better than 316 because these alloys have a very high
chromium content, about 22% to 25% Cr.
5, precipitation hardening stainless steel.
These are also chrome-nickel steels, which have the greatest
advantage of providing high tensile strength stainless steel coil
under "solution treatment" conditions. The most common in this
group is "17-4 PH", also known as 630 stainless steel, which
consists of 17% chromium, 4% nickel, 4% copper and 0.3% niobium.
